Bottle Sleeve Designs and Campaign
Working closely with Coca-Cola Company and Beymen marketing team , I worked on three Coca-Cola Light bottle designs for limited edition runs of 50,000 each including 100 highly exclusive collector’s packaging. As a part of the marketing campaign designs were integrated in complementary retail merchandising including silk scarves, tote bags, umbrellas, t-shirts and notebooks as well as window displays and press-kits.
Still today, these bottles are sold on multiple platforms as collectible items going on the shelves of Coca-Cola fans.
Reflections of Nature
[ WINTER ]
Blossoms of the snow
Spring flowers, unique and ornate structured snowflakes and snowy mountains..
Almost impossible to see them all co-existing in nature. Yet, all these natural contrasts are reflected harmoniously in this very first design of the series. Overall, the design emphasizes a sense of uniqueness and nature's energy brought together by Coca Cola's light.
BOTTLE DESIGN : TRANSPARENT PRINT
Instead of printing the black zones with color, the beverage created the dark spots Once the bottle is empty, black turns into transparent. Hence, brings a co-creation of the design with the consumer.
[ SPRING/SUMMER ]
Lotus Flower
Lotus, a symbol of the Sun, creation and rebirth... It closes and sinks at dawn and rises again in the morning..
Emerging from the depths of water, Lotus flower is the one of a kind to be able to reflect its beauty both under and above the water and became an inspiration for the 2nd bottle of the series that got released as the depiction of Spring and Summer freshness.
BOTTLE DESIGN : GOLD PRINT
Bottles have a golden sun printed on them and a limited number of the bottles have a golden cap. In addition, playing with the idea of rethinking 'Six pack', these bottles were presented to the market in specially designed boxes as a means of unusual yet memorable packaging.
[ FALL ]
Spark of the Night
With fall, comes longer hours of darkness, only to be illuminated by the millions of stars and the beautiful colors of the foliage..
Inspired by Coca Cola's slogan 'Reflect Your Light', came out the last design, using neon colored bird, leaves and flowers twinkling in the dark of the night.
BOTTLE DESIGN : GLOW IN THE DARK
Bottles had a very unique sleeve print, with neon colors on the bird, the Sun, and the outlines of all the leaves that would glow in the dark with black light or after exposure to light; making it the only glow in the dark Coca Cola bottle.
